The steel frame construction with brick and EIFS for the exterior skin with aluminum and glass window systems is glazed with high-performing insulating glass units utilizing Energy Select® 25 Majestic Grey. The combination of this low-e glass coating on surface 2 of the light grey glass substrate offers an excellent solar heat gain coefficient (SHGC) of 0.29—ideal for hot southern climate region, while still offering a visible light transmission (VLT) of 48%.
